The biggest issue most parenting couples face is also one of the hardest to talk about.

You're a team. You want to share parenting. You value equity and fairness.

And yet, the load of parenting is NOT shared.

Moms: stop trying to explain.

Most couples come at this issue the same way: she tries a million different ways to explain her experience and why she feels the way she does. He feels confused and criticized. No one walks away feeling great. The loop continues.

You need a shared framework that doesn't require you to figure out how to explain everything perfectly.

In one 60 min webinar you can:

  • Learn a framework for working with the gender roles of parenting
  • Establish a shared understanding of mental and emotional labor and how they impact parenting relationships
  • End the "whose perspective is correct" argument for good
  • Stop tip-toeing around the inequity in your parenting

Spend 60 min to protect your relationship from the resentment that so many couples face.

Who are you and how would you know what we need?

Hi! I'm Shelley Green. I've been a mental health therapist for well over a decade, and I specialize in perinatal mental health. That means I spend hours (and hours) talking to parents about their lives. One of the things we talk most about is their relationships. Because for SO MANY parents the changes to their relationship are one of the most difficult parts of their new lives as parents. Since this is such a large part of our focus, I have developed a perspective, tools, and strategies to support parents in preserving and improving their relationship after becoming parents, and I want to share those with you. I know your relationship can be as strong (and even stronger!) than it was before you became parents.
